We produce customized cabinet parts in volume for kitchen and bathroom cabinetmakers as well as residential and office furniture manufacturers.

With our ability to groove and bullnose, we can provide a blank for you to cut for you specific project.

MDF, Particleboard and plywood components

MDF is painted, a grain print is added and then a UV top coat is applied for extream durability.  

Direct Print

Direct print drawer parts are produced in rotary and plain sliced oak as well as maple and birch grain patterns.  A variety of ink colors are available to achieve the look you want.

Precision end work:   

• French/English dovetails for slide in assembly
• Drilled for screw or dowel assembly
• Dado ends for staple assembly
